The worst suffering to experience is mental related. Unlike physical pain, we can’t see the suffering one is experiencing, there is no empathy, no support, no compassion from work peers and that the time of need, you might even lose a few friends. Yet the physical pain one has to endure is much the same if not worst then a physical illness. None of us should suffer or endure a problem so great that it interferes with our happiness and well being or obstruct our success.
Alfred Barrios PhD indicated the following statistics concerning effectiveness:
Psychoanalysis- 38% recovery after 600 sessions
Behavior Therapy- 72% recovery after 22 sessions
Hypnotherapy- 93% recovery after 6 sessions
